The following is a sample of the license information presented during the installation of a Cinnamon Software free program. The actual license may be different for a specific program, but this sample gives the general idea. If you want to install a program, you must accept the license agreement during the installation.

Software License and Limited Warranty
This is a legally binding agreement between you and Cinnamon Software, Inc. ("Cinnamon Software"). By installing and/or using this software, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

Grant of License
Cinnamon Software grants to you a non-exclusive right to use this software program (hereinafter the "Software") in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement. You may use the Software on any computer, and you may make as many copies as you like of this installation package. However, you may not distribute the Software in any other form than this installation package, and you may not modify the Software or this installation package in any way.

Ownership of Software
Cinnamon Software retains the copyright, title and ownership of the Software and any associated written materials.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Cinnamon Software disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of marchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Cinnamon Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive or incidental damages arising from any cause even if Cinnamon Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
