| Microsoft® Agent has
been discontinued. The
Microsoft® Agent web site has been reduced to a single
page, but it's downloads are still available (for now). This page
includes links to the setup programs for the various Microsoft®
Agent components. Note that on Windows Vista® or later, you
have to run the setups "As Administrator" so they have sufficient
permissions.
Microsoft® Agent
For Windows versions prior to Windows XP, you can go to the
Agent 2.0 Core components page (or just download the
agent server setup)
For Windows 7, Microsoft® Agent is available only
by request. You need to request the hotfix for
KB969168, wait for a response from Microsoft, download the
hotfix, and then install it.
